Apache Mall This single
level regional shopping center is located
approximately 80 miles southeast of Minneapolis in Rochester,
Minnesota. The mall has 100 stores which includes 4
major anchors, and a brand new for 2002 expanded 550 seat
food court with extremely spacious rest
rooms and family facilities. The floors throughout the
mall are terrazzo, with some ceramic tile inlays, and the new food
court rest rooms are quarry tile. Apache mall is one of the
top 3 places to visit in this city along with the world famous
Mayo Clinic, and IBM's largest facility under one roof. (so you
see who we compete with for employees). Back to

Crossroads
Center This single level regional shopping
center is located approximately 60 miles northwest of Minneapolis in
St. Cloud,
Minnesota. It has 119 stores which includes 4
major anchors. The floors are waxed terrazzo with some ceramic
tile inlays. We are excited about a remodel set
to be finished sometime in late 2003 which will expand the center
and add a large food court. What makes this center unique is
the fact that it is the first shopping center we have that
is laid out in a circle. Most centers are long and
you walk from one end to the other, whereas this center you walk in
a circle ending up where you started, which makes it nice when it is
time to wax the floors, not having to wait for the most recently
waxed areas to dry before re-waxing the area where we started.

Eden Prairie
Center This three level super-regional
shopping center is located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
which is about 10 miles southwest of Minneapolis. This
new center, which just underwent a complete renovation,
grand opened in October 2001 to great reviews and we are
very proud to have played a part from beginning to end in
the transformation of this center, which is our largest account in
Minnesota. Eden Prairie Center is actually
the shopping center which brought us to the great state of
Minnesota back in 1992. The center has 100 stores which
includes 5 anchor stores, an 18 screen theatre, and a 750 seat food court with a beautiful rock
faced fireplace and soft seating as its centerpiece. There are
many types of flooring present in this center and it is one of our
first experiences having carpet covering a complete level of a
mall. The lower level, which includes offices
and community/meeting rooms, is quarry tile, waxed VCT
tile, and carpet. The main level is German limestone and the
upper level is completely carpet, which was laid in individual
squares to assist with replacement of worn areas. The food
court floors are ceramic tile and the rest
room floors are quarry tile. The multiple floor
surfaces and the size of the food court and rest rooms, makes
this center a great training location and is where we hold all of
our training workshops. Back to Top
Knollwood
Mall This enclosed single level shopping center is
located in St. Louis Park,
Minnesota which is a western suburb of Minneapolis.
It currently has 40 stores which includes 2 anchors, and we are
anxiously awaiting its scheduled redevelopment. It has waxed
terrazzo floors throughout the main portion of the mall and ceramic
tiles in a large seating/meeting area at one end of the mall.
This mall at one point in its history was one of the busiest
shopping centers in the area long before the world
famous "mall" or "tourist attraction" was built
nearby. We are confident that its owners
will breathe new life into this already busy mall, and
their track record gives us good reason to have high
hopes. Back

Oakwood
Mall This single level
regional shopping center is located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin
which is about 90 miles east of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The
mall has 120 stores which includes 5 anchors, a
575 seat food court, and a movie
theatre . The floors in the mall are terrazzo tiles
which are a bit different from normal terrazzo floors in
that there are grout lines in between the tiles, and this
creates a harder surface to maintain and wax because it is not a
uniform smooth surface. The food court floor is all
ceramic tile which is pretty common and the easiest surface to
maintain in a food court. There is also a new kids play area
with soft carpeted flooring which is a big hit with the kids but
quite the surface to maintain. Back to

River Hills
Mall This single level regional shopping
center is located in Mankato,
Minnesota which is about 90 miles southwest of
Minneapolis, Minnesota. This mall contains 95 stores with 5
anchors, and an 8 screen movie theatre which we also maintain.
There is a huge 700 seat food court
with a carousel ride in the middle which keeps the kids busy while
the parents shop. The floors throughout the mall and food
court are all pre-glazed porcelain tile which is a
very nice surface to maintain as compared to a lot of other floor
surfaces we have. River Hills Mall shares the city each year
in July and August with the Minnesota Vikings when
they use nearby Mankato State University to hold their
training camp. Back to Top
Rosedale
Center This two
level super-regional shopping center is located in Roseville, Minnesota
which is just north of the Minneapolis city limits. It
has 150 stores which includes 4 major anchors and a brand
new 250 seat food court which grand opened
in the fall of 2001. The floors on both
levels are German limestone, which we began treating with
a polishing powder in 1997 and it took us nearly 2 years and
untold man hours to invent the process, which we believe makes
these floors look better than waxed floors without
the daily maintenance. The brand new food court
floors are quarry tile and there is also an outdoor patio off the
food court. This center, which is one of our
largest malls in common area size (non-leasable space),
contains 10 sets of rest rooms. Back to

ceramic tile floors in the main portion of the mall which vary
in color from brown to white depending on where you are in the
mall. The new food court floors are all quarry tile with
intricate curved tile patterns cut into the floor. There
is also an outdoor seating area off the food court where you
can enjoy the weather while eating lunch. Back to
